Margo Gray-Proctor
As President for Horizon Engineering Services, Co., Margo consults with Tribes on transportation planning, gaming/casino developments, project management, research for environmental assessment, scheduling, master planning; conceptual, preliminary and final design, bidding and negotiations phase and construction phase of the project. Coordinates and monitors the tracking of each project phase. Also provides coordination between the Tribe/Owner and Design Team.

Margo oversees the day-to-day operations and departments of the company. She is a hands-on leader and works with each department head from the design, finance, HR, and marketing departments.
